Orders:

Orders will be processed during normal business hours.

 

Returns:

You have twelve months to make a return. We gladly accept all returns of non-sale items, if the items are in original, unopened, sell-able condition with manufacturer packaging intact, and this is of course at the discretion of Circle of Knowledge, LLC.. 

Sale items are non-returnable. If remote control / technology item is not working correctly, it is non-returnable, you will be directed to call the company of origin. 

Returns may be conducted in store only, face to face.

Refunds:

With you original receipt, you will get a refund in the most of the original form of payment.

If you have a gift receipt, you will get a refund in the form of a store credit.

Covid might cause disruption in the day to day operations of the business and we request grace. 

Shipping:

At this time we do not provide this service. However, we have Curbside or In-Store-Pickup.
